ABOUT ABOUT

Our 2nd Annual Hope Noted 5K in honor of Mental Health Awareness month! Please join us wherever you are to walk, run, cycle, etc. as you advocate for the importance of mental health!

With every step of every mile, the Hope Noted 5K mission is to encourage one another saying: "Your life matters. You are worthy of love. You are not alone. There is still hope."

Register by April 21, 2022 in order to receive your Hope Noted 5K t-shirt and/or personalized race number bib in time for the event. (You are more than welcome to participate without registering, but you will not receive a t-shirt or race number bib.)

This event is for everyone whether you can meet up with us in person or take part from a distance! The official event start date/time is 10AM on Saturday, May 21, 2022, however feel free to complete your 5K on your own time.

If you live in Central PA and want to meet up with us locally, please find us at 10AM at the Columbia Crossing River Trails Center - 41 Walnut Street Columbia, PA 17512, where we will kick-off the race together and head down the Northwest Lancaster County River Trail. All are welcome - furry friends too! (Please note that in the event of bad weather, we will meet on Sunday, 5/22, same time and place.)

If joining us from afar, put on your event shirt and race bib and gather with friends/family or get moving on your own! You have the flexibility to pick your own race start time and other details. Please share your race day photos, videos, and 5K times with us by tagging Hope Noted on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, or email to [email protected]. We want to see you out there supporting mental health awareness!

Give Back: The Hope Noted 5K offers us the opportunity to give back to our mental health community. This year we are once again partnering with our friends at Mental Health America Lancaster County. Your financial gift of hope will help others gain access to the mental health resources they need. You will even have the chance to dedicate your donation in honor or memory of someone.

PRIZES: All participants are eligible to win prizes! Prizes are awarded for the participant with the most Hope Noted 5K spirit, the participant who raises the most money for Mental Health America, and our top 3 running participants with the fastest times!
